Update to crash sites, and a few new photos...

MikeV_dog.jpgSlow few weeks, another crew added in "Crash Sites" and details on other crews...
The Parrott crew - 140.
Eyewitness letter to crew 52 (McQueen), also added a few photos for crew 44 (R.H. Smith)  - Michael Vitch.
