Application for Military Service Information 

The Service/regiment number can be obtained via a number of web sites; Commonwealth War Graves Commission, Maple leaf Legacy Project, Veteran Affairs, and Richard Koval on the RCAF 6 Group Bomber Command site may have number if another squadron. I also have majority of service numbers for 434 squadron, courtesy of Richard. The alternative S.I.N. will also be okay.

Make sure you check "Other" for full service file and print "Full Personnel File" in "Other-please specify". If Veteran is available to sign then there will be no charge (yet). There is no charge for "Genealogy Package", be prepared for a lengthy wait for either, 4-6 months and growing...
